HONG KONG TOURISM BOARD’S “STAYCATION DELIGHTS” PROGRAM

STAYCATION OFFER:

-          Superior Double Suite at HK$500 Net,

            for single or double occupancy, and on per room per night basis.

-          Staying period: 29 Nov 2022 – 28 Feb 2023, with last check-in date on 26 Feb 2023.

-          Black-out dates: 21 Dec 2022 – 3 Jan 2023, 20-28 Jan 2023, and 14 Feb 2023.

-          Only Hong Kong Identity Card holder is eligible for this discounted Staycation offer.

-          The participant has to spend HK$800 or more at an eligible physical retail
    and/or physical dinning outlet in Hong Kong during the program’s spending period.

BOOKING PROCEDURES:

Step 1: Please click here to place your booking online with promotional code ‘HKstay’.  A preliminary booking confirmation by email will be sent to you once this step is done.

Step 2: Please email us (res@bestwesternplushotel.com) a copy of your machine-printed receipt(s) from physical retailers and/or dinning outlets in Hong Kong during the program spending period (up to 2 receipts with a minimum value of HK$800) for verification. Receipt(s) presented can only be used once.

Step 3: Our hotel reservations office will inform you whether your booking request is successful within 48 hours upon receiving your copy of receipt(s). For confirmed booking, an official booking confirmation by email will be sent to you once all proper requirements are checked and fulfilled.

Step 4: For confirmed booking, please present the original copy of the verified purchase receipt(s) upon check-in. Otherwise, you will be charged the original rate of the Superior Double Suite booked. Receipt(s) collected by the hotel will not be returned.

REMARKS:

-          Discounted staycation offer is available on a first come, first served basis which is subject to the hotel’s availability and confirmation.

-          Advance booking request has to be made online via our hotel website. Direct booking requests made by email/telephone calls will not be entertained.

-          A successful online submission does not mean that the hotel has confirmed your booking. Therefore, pls do not take the preliminary confirmation received from the online booking procedure as an official confirmation.
